We’re able to offer flexible and high-quality arts, performance and workshop space to local and other artistic collaborators.

You’ll get a large amount of creative freedom, a high-quality venue with a capacity of 120 and promotion through this website. We're a radical community arts venue with a commitment to platforming many different types of art. Unlike some venues, we're nimble and agile: we're able to work with you flexibly in terms of ticket pricing, space usage and more.

We’re a small team, so we’d expect you to take the lead on logistics, operations and marketing. In most cases, we’d agree a box office split with you, and run the box office on your behalf.
