Walking Each Other Home

You are welcome to Walking Each Other Home

A gathering of story, creativity and sharing

Walking Each Other Home wants to meet your soul’s deepest cravings. Think: Soul food with two scoops of Aloha! Aloha is the Hawaiian word for hello, goodbye, but best of all, Aloha means love. Brought up in two indigenous cultures (Hawaiian and Ryukyuan), Stacy invites you to encounter curious rituals, soothing provocations and radical intimacy in a creative gathering made just for you.

Each ‘happening’ will be different, but might be comprised of some of the familiar things below:

Story

Poetry

Meditation or Visualization

Ritual

Something creative for you to do: creative writing, making collage, storytelling, sewing or repairing, or ‘making images’

Lighting candles of joys and sorrows

Walking Each Other Home is about depth: Deep connection, deep play, deep relaxation.

The deepest longing is for connection: connection to ourselves, to each other, and to mystery.

If you want to grow your curiosity to be larger than your fear this one’s for you.

Walking Each Other Home will be offered as three ‘events’ during New Unity’s transitioning period in September. All events will be in-person at the Newington Green Meeting House's Mary Wollstonecraft room on September 8th, 22nd, and 29th.

When: 12:45pm – 2:45pm after the Sunday gathering.

The events are free but we ask for you to book online so we can know how many people will be attending in advance.

There will be only a limited amount of tickets available. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, with only 20 tickets available per session.

Walking Each Other Home is part of an international project that will tour in 2024 and 2025.
